Tom Peckham, REALTORŪ
Representing Buyers
of Aspen real estate
Licensed in real estate since 1973, Thomas C. Peckham became a real estate broker in 1985. Before starting his own Aspen company in 1988, he was a top sales producer for two major Aspen real estate offices and was branch office manager for one.
A native of New England, Tom Peckham has been an Aspen resident for over 25 years. He received his Bachelors Degree from Northwestern University in Illinois. It was the NU ski club that first brought Tom to Aspen.
Community service has been Tom's primary avocation. He was organizing director of the Aspen Computer Society and served on the Pitkin County Human Services Council and Needs Assessment Committee. A long time member of the Aspen Interfaith Association, he has served in various offices and as a director. Together with other community and business leaders, he also serves on a Task Force which facilitates health education in the Roaring Fork Valley.
Tom has volunteered for many years with the International Design Conference in Aspen (IDCA), the Aspen Food and Wine Classic, and the Aspen Art Museum. Since the 1980s, he has served on the Attorney/REALTORŪ Committee and the
Ethics and Professional Standards Committee for the Aspen Board of REALTORSŪ. Tom believes that being involved in community activities not only enriches his life, but enables him to share with his customers and clients the heart and soul of Aspen.
When not working in the community and selling Aspen real estate, Tom enjoys backpacking, hiking, and mountain biking. Once in a while he still gets a chance to ski.
